Edelman is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our growing team supporting integrated, high-impact health communications. If you're an experienced project leader with a passion for production-heavy, social-first campaigns — and the ability to bring clarity and calm to complex, fast-moving work — this could be your next move.

In this role, you’ll help lead day-to-day operations across a major pharmaceutical client. You’ll manage social content development, event activation support, creative asset production, and cross-functional team alignment. It’s a chance to own the details, drive the big picture, and collaborate closely with strategists, creatives, earned media experts, and digital specialists in a truly integrated team.

What You'll Do

  • Drive daily project operations across workstreams — including social campaigns, video and static asset development, and event support
  • Own timelines, status trackers, and follow-ups with clarity and consistency
  • Guide internal teams to align around client needs and priorities, often without a traditional account lead
  • Coordinate across specialties — creative, strategy, paid, social, earned, and digital — to keep work moving and unlock solutions
  • Develop and maintain project scopes, staffing plans, and documentation with minimal oversight
  • Partner with Finance to track budget burn and anticipate future resourcing and financial needs
  • Support milestone planning for clinical, data-driven, and branded campaigns
  • Contribute to the evolution of team process and workflow, constantly looking for ways to improve how we operate

Basic Qualifications

  • A skilled project manager with 5–7 years of experience, preferably in PR, marketing, or digital agency environments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Who You Are

  • Deeply familiar with social-first campaign delivery and content production — including video and static creative packages
  • Confident navigating healthcare or pharma client relationships (oncology experience a plus)
  • A proactive communicator who leads through detail, structure, and thoughtful follow-up
  • Skilled in project planning and tools like Smartsheet, with financial acumen to support tracking and forecasting
  • Energized by cross-functional teamwork and managing up/down/across effectively
  • Calm under pressure, with a bias for action and a passion for problem-solving
