About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Technical Delivery Manager to lead

our technology strategy and execution, with a strong focus on AWS cloud technologies,

.NET development, and robust enterprise architecture. This role will be instrumental in

shaping our technical vision, driving innovation, and ensuring the delivery of high-

quality, scalable, and secure solutions. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with

a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams, and a deep

understanding of modern software development practices.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Management:
  • Lead and mentor a team of architects, developers, and engineers.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage team performance, including goal setting, performance reviews, and professional development.
  • Effectively allocate resources and manage project budgets.
• Technical Strategy & Architecture:
  • Define and champion the company's technical vision and strategy.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions on AWS.
  • Establish and enforce architectural best practices and standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools.
  • Ensure alignment of technology strategy with business goals.
• Hands-on Development & AWS Expertise:
  • Possess a strong understanding of AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, and IAM.
  • Maintain hands-on experience with .NET development and related technologies (e.g., C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
  • Contribute to development efforts as needed, particularly on complex or critical projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS and .NET trends and technologies.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization, including product management, operations, and business leaders.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Build strong relationships with key technology partners and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in software development, with a significant focus on .NET and AWS.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, managing and mentoring teams.
• Deep understanding of AWS architecture and best practices, including certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional) are a plus.
• Strong proficiency in .NET development and related technologies.
• Experience with designing and implementing scalable and secure solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to drive innovation and deliver results.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
