Job Purpose:
As a Salesforce Developer, you will work in an agile environment to design and deliver CRM solutions on the Salesforce Platform. Your work will drive efficiency and innovation in business operations and client interactions. You will collaborate closely with technical and business teams, ensuring that every solution is technically sound, reusable, and aligns with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain solutions on Salesforce.com, focusing on performance, scalability, and code quality
- Partner with business stakeholders, analysts, engineers, and architects to design end-to-end solutions
- Offer insights into best practices for architecture, coding standards, and deployment processes
- Use both low-code (e.g., Flows) and pro-code (Apex, LWC) approaches to develop solutions
- Write clear, well-documented code and technical specifications
- Participate in peer reviews of code, architecture, and designs
- Support DevOps activities using tools like GitHub and Jenkins
- Contribute to the team’s success by helping with testing, analysis, and other tasks when needed
- Stay updated with Salesforce features and continuously improve skills
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technology-related field
- 5+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years on Salesforce
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; PD2 is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow
- Skilled in working with Salesforce APIs, integration strategies, triggers, and governor limits
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt to meet evolving business needs
- Collaborative and proactive team player
